& Community Week
July 14 - 18 at Turkey Brook Park
Bringing our Community Together!
We expect more than 20,000 people to come
out to enjoy the week!
Community Week Theme Days

Fireworks are scheduled for Saturday 7/17
at 9:15pm, rain date: Sunday 7/18 at 9:15pm
Community Week Sponsors and vendors will
have space in the same huge parking lot with the carnival.
There will be a vendor areas flanking the entrance ways
to the rides, plus a Picnic Area, special events area
and stage/demonstration area.

all 5 days, for the entire time above. Traffic Safety
issues preclude having vehicles driving through the crowds
during the event. All Vendors need to provide their own
EZ-up canopy, weights, tables, chairs, displays, etc
All vendor spaces are 2 parking spaces - 18' x 18'. Discounts
available for multiple spaces.

Organizations
There will be fifteen
free 10' x 10' spaces reserved for service organizations
along the loop road, between the shuttle bus drop off
and the carnival entrances. (Organizations desiring a
higher profile location will need to participate as a
vendor.) Service Organizations may be on-site for 2 days:
Saturday: 12pm-11pm Sunday: 12pm - 9pm Traffic Safety
issues preclude having vehicles driving through the crowds
during the event.
Organizations will need to provide their own EZ-up canopy,
tables, chairs, displays, etc.
