Lunch n Learn programs are
held at the Mount Olive Senior Center, and they begin
at
11:00 AM. Lunch for those who attend is served at 12:15
PM.
Participation will be limited, so you must call Diann
Brochu, Director of Senior Services, 973-691-2024, to

for transportation.
The
Senior Environment Experience
- October 10, 17 & 24
Each module consists of three different sessions about
environmental issues affecting the Meadowlands. Programs
are held at the Mount Olive Senior Center from 11 AM to
12PM. These programs are held on nutrition days.

TAI CHI - A 10 SESSION EXERCISE PROGRAM
September 8, 12, 15, 19, 22, 26, 29, October 3, 6, 10,
2008
Monday & Friday, 9:30 AM TO 10:15 AM
FEE: $30.00 FOR 10 SESSIONS
Class size is limited to 15 participants.
All programs will be held at the Senior Center.
Registration for all events is required. Medical clearance
is necessary for the Tai Chi class.

A congregate meal is served at the Mount
Olive Senior building every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday
beginning at noon. Transportation is provided every
Monday and Friday. The federally suggested donation
is $2.00 per meal. Call Bonnie, the site manager, at
973-448-7474, to sign up. Call 973-691-0900, extension
7365 or 7331 for transportation.
