T-Ball Squirts

USSI T-Ball Squirts is a great way to introduce young boys and girls to the exciting game of baseball!
T-Ball Squirts focuses on the fundamental skills of the game, including hitting, throwing, catching and running the bases. Our progressive T-ball curriculum enables each child to develop their skills and understanding of the game.
Using safe and developmentally appropriate equipment, core components of the T-Ball are learned through a series of fun games and activities designed to reinforce fundamental skills and incorporate game situations. Your child will be constantly engaged throughout the session and have plenty of chances to hit the ball and score “Home runs”.

Golf Camp

Using a revolutionary new system, the US Sports Institute Golf Summer Camp is the ideal way to introduce youngsters to the sport of Golf. Children will learn all the basic golf techniques such as the swing, grip and ball striking using unique and fun training methods.
Children will experience greater success using the larger golf balls and with oversized golf club heads, children will be able to strike the golf ball all more easily and consistently. This leads to increased confidence and enjoyment levels playing the sport of Golf. Participants will compete in many fun challenges throughout the week including the Putting, chipping and Long Drive competitions culminating in the US Open on the last day.

World Cup/ Net Bursting camp

The ultimate full day soccer experience! During the morning players will learn all the skills from the greatest soccer nations from around the world culminating in many fun challenges and the USA World Cup competition.
During the afternoon players will work on all aspects of their shooting game, from power shots to finishing with style. USA coaches will teach various shooting techniques before putting players into scrimmage games designed to promote goal scoring. This program is great for Goalkeepers too with plenty of advanced instruction for any future Tim Howard.

Travel Academy/ Netbursting camp

During the morning participants will enjoy all the challenges of the Travel academy in the morning learning new skills and techniques taught and perfected by top soccer clubs from around the world. Players will take part in many soccer activities designed to improve skills, agility and power under the guidance of the advanced USA clinicians. There will be many daily challenges plus lots of scrimmages.
In the afternoon will participate in the Netbursting programs learning advanced fishing techniques using power and finesse and then be challenged in game situations. Goalkeeper will also be challenged too throughout the afternoon getting the chance to make lots of saves and be given expert advice throughout to improve technique and shot stopping skills

World Cup Soccer Camp

Travel Academy

Where Champions are made! This unique day camp allows travel soccer players aged 8–14 to train just like the professional teams without having to stay away from home.
The Travel Academy is inspired by the youth development academies used by European soccer clubs such as Chelsea, Ajax, Real Madrid and Bayern Munich. Players will be treated just like the pro's and be grouped on arrival into teams for the week based on their age and ability.
During the week players will enjoy various soccer activities used by professional clubs including speed and agility training, small sided futsal sessions, and even measure the speed of their shots! Official scrimmages will be played each day under the guidance of our professional coaches, ensuring that players understand the tactics of soccer.
Players will also perform daily skills challenges and complete a personal progress report for the week. While this camp is for the serious soccer player, the emphasis is on learning in an enjoyable environment that promotes self confidence.

Tennis
Summer Camps 2012

The US Sports Institute tennis camp will teach children the basic fundamentals in stroke production, court movement and basic footwork skills. Age appropriate games will help prepare children for match play situations. Strategy for both singles and doubles play will be covered. This Tennis Camp is suited to players who are of beginner to intermediate level.
All children who attend the tennis camp will have a great time playing and learning the number one racket sport. The focus of the program is to promote Group ratios are typically 8:1. Children will need to supply their own racket.
