• Budget: Employee Layoffs & EMS

• Budget Hearings – DPW, Police, EMS & Library
• Ordinance appropriating $250,000 for the acquisition of certain property, such appropriation consists of a $250,000 Green Acres Grant from the State of NJDEP
• Ordinance amending the Mount Olive Township Code by establishing Chapter 215 Article IV entitled “Mailbox Construction”

Resolutions:
• Resolution authorizing a dedication by rider for donations – Food Pantry
• Resolution authorizing a temporary capital budget (Purchase of Block 7000 Lot 64.01-64.17 & Lot 65)
• Resolution authorizing funds for the acquisition of a portion of the Walsh property, Block 8100 Lot 3 by the Land Conservancy of New Jersey
• Resolution authorizing the Mayor to execute a professional services agreement with Coldwell Banker for Professional Auctioneer Services in connection with the auction of Charters Farm
• Resolution revising the resolution “award of contract to Water Resource Sales & Service for Environment One Grinder Pump Sales & Service” previously adopted on September 1, 2009
• Resolution authorizing a performance bond release for Motiva Enterprises Shell Station Located at 35 US Highway 46.
• Local Finance Board Resolution
