• Resolution authorizing the amendment of a previously adopted resolution of December 23, 2008 to increase the fleet maintenance contract with Penske Group for the year 2009.
• Resolution authorizing a professional services contract with Capturepoint E-Marketing Technology for Recreation registration management software and support services.
• Resolution authorizing the use of competitive contracting for carnival services.
• Resolution awarding a contract to Dreamland Amusements Inc. for Carnival Services.
• Resolution authorizing the submission of a Tonnage Grant application to the State of New Jersey.
• Resolution authorizing a tax reimbursement certification.
• Bond Release for Famous Footwear
• Bond Release for MTO Realty Sections A & E (BPG property)
• Resolution opposing A-3686 transferring the Governor’s Council of Alcoholism and Drug Abuse to the NJ Dept. of Human Services
