  • Ordinance amending the fees or rates for off-duty police officers.
  • Ordinance appropriating $137,080 for the restoration of Baptist Church and improvements to Seward House, such appropriation to be funded by Morris County Historic Preservation Grants.

Resolutions :

  • Resolution joining the national moment of remembrance of the 10 th anniversary of September 11 th .
  • Resolution authorizing a capital budget amendment for improvements to Baptist Church and Seward House.
  • Resolution requesting approval from the Director of the DLGS for insertion of a specific item of revenue into the 2011 municipal budget ($73,800.77 for a Recycling Tonnage Grant).
  • Resolution authorizing the cancellation of a contract balance with Birdsall Engineering.
  • Resolution authorizing the submission of an application for the MOMAC Grant for calendar year 2012.
  • Resolution authorizing the use of one purchasing contract (KML Technology Inc.)
  • Resolution acknowledging review of the best practices checklist.
  • Resolution approving the submission of a grant application and execution of a grant contract with the New Jersey Department of Transportation for the Improvements to Cloverhill Drive – Phase II Project.
  • Resolution awarding a contract to Mark Paving Company, Inc. for improvements to Cloverhill Drive Project.
  • Resolution Authorizing the Reduction in Various Performance Guarantees Posted by Toll Brothers in Connection with Morris Chase Phase I – Multi-Family.
  • Resolution Authorizing a Reduction in the Performance Guarantees Posted by Toll Brothers in Connection with the Development Known as Morris Hunt Phase II.
  • Resolution Authorizing a Reduction in the Performance Guarantees Posted by Toll Brothers in Connection with the Development Known as Morris Hunt Phase III.
  • Resolution of the Township Council of the Township of Mount Olive Authorizing the Renewal of Alcoholic Beverage Licenses for the 2011-2012 Licensing Period.
  • Resolution Authorizing the Township to Bid a Ground Lease for a Portion of the Closed Combe Fill North Landfill Site for the Construction, Maintenance and Operation of a Photovoltaic System.
