•  Proposed Modification to Residential Cluster Development Standards (Chuck McGroarty)

•  Revision of Ordinance - Article V, Section 106-31 (TNR Sponsor Requirements)

•  2010 Gypsy Moth Survey

•  Warren-Morris Council of Governments

•  Project Porchlight

Resolutions:

•  Resolution authorizing a waiver from certain local ordinances related to the restoration of Block 7000 Lots 63.01-63.17 and Lot 65.

•  Resolution authorizing the cancellation of a professional services contract with Thomas Hitchins, Architect.

•  Resolution authorizing a professional services contract with Connolly and Hickey, Architects.

•  Resolution authorizing closing a portion of Tamarack Road on August 8, 2010 between 1:00PM and 10:00PM for the purpose of holding block party.

•  Resolution requesting approval from Director of DLGS for insertion of revenue into 2010 municipal budget ($1,508.19 Alcohol, Education and Rehabilitation)

•  Resolution requesting approval from Director of DLGS for insertion of revenue into 2010 municipal budget ($144.81 for donation to Flanders Park).

.Resolution of the Township Council of the Township of Mount Olive Authorizing the Submission of an Application for the Mount Olive Municipal Alliance Grant for Calendar Year 2011.
