Resolutions:

• Resolution of the Township of Mount Olive, in the County of Morris, New Jersey Declaring its Official Intent to Reimburse Expenditures for Project Costs from Proceeds of Debt Obligation in Connection with the Township's Participation in the 2010 New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Financing Program in Connection with the Not Exceeding $524,700 General Improvement Bond, Series 2010.

• Resolution Determining the Form and Other Details of Not Exceeding $524,700 General Improvement Bonds, Series 2010, of the Township of Mount Olive, in the County of Morris, New Jersey, and Providing for Their Sale to the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust and the State of New Jersey Pursuant to the 2010 New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust Financing Program.

• Resolution Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of Loan Agreements to be Executed by the Township of Mount Olive, in the County of Morris, New Jersey and Each of the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust and the State of New Jersey, Acting by and through the Department of Environmental Protection, and Further Authorizing the Execution and Delivery of an Escrow Agreement, all Pursuant to the 2010 New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust Financing Program.

• Resolution authorizing the funding for planning services related to the acquisition of BL 7000, Lot 63 and BL 8000, Lot 8.

• Resolution supporting grant applications to the County of Morris regarding the purchase of BL 7000, Lot 63 and BL 8000, Lot 8.

• Resolution authorizing the extension of a contract with Accuracy Electric Inc. for the NJ Licensed Electrician Services.

• Resolution of Support from Mount olive Township Authorizing the Sustainable Jersey Grant funded by Wal-Mart.
