• Resolution authorizing the issuance of estimated tax bills for the third quarter 2008 payment.
• Resolution requesting approval from the Director of the Division of Local Government Services for insertion of a specific item of revenue into the 2008 municipal budget ($5,000 for Over the Limit Under Arrest Grant).
• Resolution requesting approval from the Director of the Division of Local Government Services for insertion of a specific item of revenue into the 2008 municipal budget ($6,000 from ANJEC for a Trail Plan).
• Resolution authorizing the submittal and acceptance of a grant for the “Over the Limit Arrest 2008 Crackdown”.
• Resolution relative to early morning outdoor recreation exercise classes scheduled in Township parks.
• Resolution authorizing additional engineering services with CMX in connection with the Turkey Brook Park Well No. 2 NJDEP Bureau of Water Allocation Permitting.
• Resolution authorizing a Planning Assistance Grant contract with the Highlands Regional Council for Initial Plan Assessment.
• Resolution authorizing materials and equipment for continued emergency stabilization of the Seward House.
• Resolution authorizing continued extraordinary un-specifiable work for the stabilization of the Seward House.
