Resolutions:
• Resolution authorizing the adoption of the Township of Mount Olive Identity Theft Policy.
• Resolution authorizing a temporary capital budget amendment for Public Access Channel Improvements.
• Resolution authorizing the use of a state contract (Tony Sanchez LTD).
• Resolution authorizing the cancellation of a contract balance with PCI Professional Consulting.
• Resolution amending the 2009 temporary budget for current, water, sewer and recreation utility.
• Resolution awarding a contract to OCS Printing for printing services for 2009-2010.
• Resolution authorizing the Township to join New Jersey Sustainable Energy Joint Meeting.
• Resolution authorizing renewal of alcoholic beverage licenses.

Ordinances:
• Ordinance authorizing a revision to Part 1 Administrative Legislation Chapter 4, Administrative Code Article XV, Budget, Purchasing and Expenditures Section 4-73C Entitled Procedures for Payment.
• Ordinance appropriating $7,000 from a reserve for the acquisition of equipment for public access channel improvements.
• Ordinance repealing the sex offender residency ordinance.
