• Recreation Department Budget Hearing
• Wolfe Road Capital Project
• Ordinance prohibiting the acceptance of health benefits for a cash buy-out to waive same by elected officials.
• Ordinance regarding private storm drain inlet retrofitting.
• Bond ordinance providing for the resurfacing of Wolfe Road by appropriating $400,000 and authorizing the issuance of $150,000 bonds.

Resolutions:
• Resolution amending the 2010 temporary budget for all funds.
• Resolution authorizing the cancellation of several general capital ordinance balances.
• Resolution authorizing the omission from tax sale of certain properties.
• Resolution authorizing the use of competitive contracting for emergency medical and transportation services.
• Resolution authorizing the issuance of an alcoholic beverage Club license to the Musconetcong Lodge F & AM.
• Resolution authorizing a two-year extension of time to KMN Development, Inc. within which to complete improvements (Dan Nelsen minor subdivision Clinton Ave.).
• Resolution authorizing the execution of a developer’s agreement for New York SMSA LP d/b/a Verizon Wireless.
• Resolution establishing a Special Public meeting on March 24, 2010, and cancelling the March 30, 2010, regularly scheduled meeting.
• Resolution Tabling Ordinance No. 8-2010 and directing the Township Clerk not to forward same to the County Clerk for a Referendum* added
