Discussion/Update: Status of Bell Road

 

Ordinance :

  • Bond ordinance providing for various capital improvements of the Township of Mount Olive, in the County of Morris, New Jersey, appropriating the aggregate amount of $802,966 therefore and authorizing the issuance of $762,816 bonds or notes of the Township to finance part of the cost thereof.

Resolutions :

  • Resolution authorizing the transfer of funds for the purchase of West King Estates.
  • Resolution authorizing assignment of interest for the purchase of Block 8000 Lot 8.
  • Resolution providing for the cancellation of an emergency appropriation not need for the purpose for which it was authorized.
  • Resolution canceling a balance of unspent funds in connection with the remediation and control of the weeds in Budd Lake.
  • Resolution extending a professional services agreement with Coldwell Banker in connection with the auction of Charters Farm, Block 8300 Lots 3 & 4 and Block 900 Lot 1.
  • Resolution providing for the transfer of 2011 budget appropriations for the sanitation district.
  • Resolution providing for the transfer of 2011 budget appropriations for the current fund budget.
  • Resolution revising the policy for waiver of employee insurance coverage under the State Health Benefits Program.
