• Resolution extending a bid/contract with Aristocrat Limousine & Bus Co. for bus (Motor Coach) transportation for 2009-2010.
• Resolution approving a contract to JP General Contracting on a non-fair and open basis pursuant to the pay-to-play law
• Resolution authorizing the use of the open space trust fund for electrical upgrades for the Seward House and the Veterans Memorial at Turkey Brook Park not to exceed $24,000
• Resolution authorizing the use of the open space trust fund for paving a parking area at Turkey Brook Park not to exceed $13,500
• Resolution authorizing a Chapter 159 budget amendment for the PHPF grant in the amount of $6,337
• Resolution authorizing a Chapter 159 budget amendment for the Bulletproof Vest Grant in the amount of $1,313
• Resolution authorizing a Chapter 159 budget amendment for a donation from Benjamin Moore in the amount of $1,125
• Resolution authorizing a Chapter 159 budget amendment for a donation from Walmart for $1,000
• Resolution authorizing a return of $33,700 in COAH fees paid by Picatinny Federal Credit Union
• Resolution authorizing a dedication by rider for Dog Park Donations
• Resolution authorizing a settlement of the tax appeal filed by Callaremi Pontiac-Buick-Cadillac, Inc.
• Resolution authorizing a performance bond release and waiving of the maintenance bond for Lutheran Social Ministries/Abiding Peace/Mt. Olive Manor II
• Resolution authorizing a performance bond release and waiving of the maintenance bond for Givaudan Roure
