Resolutions:
• Resolution authorizing the cancellation of 4th quarter 2009 taxes on Block 6207 Lot 8 for disabled veteran declared 100% totally and permanently disabled.
• Resolution authorizing the cancellation of two grant balances (Clean Communities & Lion’s Club Donation).
• Resolution authorizing the return of one (1) EDU assigned to Block 2507 Lot 1 for a reduction in the sewer assessment annual charge and quarterly user fees (The Rose House).
• Resolution updating the Recreation and Open Space Inventory and authorizing a grant contract with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection Green Acres Program.
• Resolution endorsing the Green Acres, Water Supply and Floodplain Protection and Farmland and Historic Preservation Act of 2009.
• Resolution authorizing the filing of a grant application to New Jersey Division of Highway Traffic Safety for the upgrading of patrol vehicle radar units.
• Resolution authorizing the filing of a grant application to New Jersey Division of Highway Traffic Safety for the 2009 Electronic NJTR-1 Submission Pilot Program.
• Resolution authorizing Mayor David Scapicchio to execute a Federal Aid Agreement for Turkey Brook Park Pathway.
• Resolution awarding a contract to Water Resource Sales & Service for Environment One grinder pump sales and service.
• Revised resolution authorizing a reduction in the performance guarantees posted by Paramount Plaza, LLC.
• Resolution authorizing settlement of the tax appeal filed by Wachovia Bank, NA.
• Resolution authorizing settlement of the tax appeal filed by Flanders Valley Business Park
• Three resolutions from Bond Counsel dealing with the New Jersey Environmental Infrastructure Trust (Goldmine Interconnect)

Ordinances:
• Ordinance to amend and supplement Chapter 102 entitled “Documents, Fees For Copies of”, Article I entitled “General Fees”.
